Outright Gift

​You may make your contribution outright in a single payment at the time of your pledge or on a date that you specify.  You may give by credit card HERE  or download a copy of a pledge form to include with your check  HERE.

Multi-Year Pledge

You may spread your contributions over up to five years. You have the opportunity to specify the frequency (monthly, quarterly or annually) and the start date for your pledge.  A pledge form can be found HERE.

Gift from a Donor Advised Fund

Please direct your gift to the Catholic Community Fund of the Archdiocese of Boston, Inc. (Tax ID #04-3071454) and include Inspiring Hope and the case initiative (Education, Catholic Charities, etc.) as the use/purpose of your gift.  CLICK HERE

Gift from an IRA Charitable
Roll-over 

A direct transfer from your IRA to the Inspiring Hope campaign can be a great way to make a tax-wise gift while supporting Inspiring Hope.  A qualified transfer will count towards your required annual IRA minimum distribution and be excluded from your gross income.  To qualify for these benefits:

• You must be age 70 ½ or older at the time of the gift
• ​Your gift must be made directly from your IRA to the Catholic Community Fund of the Archdiocese of Boston, Inc. (Tax ID #04-3071454) and include Inspiring Hope and the specified case element (education, social services, etc.) as the use/purpose of your gift

Gifts of Stock

You may make a gift to the Inspiring Hope campaign by transferring stock or shares of a mutual fund.  You will receive credit for the full current market value of your stock on the date of transfer toward your pledge.  If you have held the stock for more than one year, no capital gains will be paid by you and the full market value can be counted as a charitable gift for income tax purposes.  Please consult your tax advisor to confirm your eligibility based on personal circumstances.  Instructions on making a gift of stock can be found HERE.

Employer Matching Gift Programs

​Many employers, both large and small, offer Matching Gift Programs, which could double the impact of your gift to Inspiring Hope.  Some will even match to retirees! Check your employer’s program and requirements using the Double the Donation widget found HERE.

Make a Planned Gift

You can make a planned gift to Inspiring Hope in many ways, including the options outlined below:

• Bequests – You may designate a gift of cash, securities, real estate or personal property through your will or trust to the Catholic Community Fund of the Archdiocese of Boston, Inc. for the benefit of the Inspiring Hope campaign. ​

• Life Insurance – You can name the Catholic Community Fund for the benefit of the Inspiring Hope campaign as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy.

• Retirement Plans – You can name the Catholic Community Fund for the benefit of the Inspiring Hope campaign as a beneficiary of an IRA or 401(k) plan.
