The Catholic Community Fund of the Archdiocese of Boston, Inc. (“CCF”) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation. It has served as the receiving organization for prior Archdiocese of Boston capital campaigns. CCF is governed by an independent Board of Trustees comprised of both laypeople and clergy.
CCF is responsible for receiving, managing and distributing gifts related to the Inspiring Hope Capital Campaign. The CCF Board is obligated by both civil and Canon law to oversee the distribution of all gifts to Inspiring Hope in accordance with the intentions of the donors. CCF is independently audited by outside auditors, and files an annual Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Services to make further information regarding its finances publicly available.
Under no circumstances shall gifts to Inspiring Hope be used to satisfy any claims, liabilities or related costs or obligations of the Archdiocese of Boston or any of its related organizations arising from allegations of sexual abuse of minors or vulnerable adults.
